This is one of the most frequently asked questions I receive via email from this website, and the answer is very simple: take a look at the leagues that interest you based on their level, distance, day of the week, time, and fee.
I strive to keep the league information as up-to-date as possible, and each league has a "last verified date" provided. Even if the information is not current, the majority of leagues have a website or contact information for the person in charge, so you can inquire further if needed.
If you do reach out to the league representative or visit the league in person, please return to the website and share any updated information. This will assist others in locating the league that is most suitable for them.
